The Ozarks Church of Nature: Sanctuary Residency Application

Thank you for your interest in aligning with the Ozarks Church of Nature and Magical Food Forest. We are a sovereign, sacred space dedicated to organic soil rehabilitation, nature connection, and total self-responsibility. We are not a commune, campground, shelter, or landlord. To protect the sanctity, purity, and safety of this sacred Living Sanctuary, all overnight guests and aspiring community residents must complete this application in full.

Section 1: Basic Information & Off-Grid Setup

 Section 2: Chemical & Soil Purity Agreement

  1. Are you currently utilizing any synthetic pharmaceuticals, chemical maintenance medications, regular prescription pills, or illicit substances?

  2. Agreement: If you answered yes, or if your body requires these chemical substances, do you explicitly agree to provide and utilize your own 100% self-contained, haul-away toilet system to prevent toxic chemical contamination of our garden eco-septic?

Section 5: The Legal Liability & Trash Clean-Up Agreement

  1. Do you explicitly agree to pack out 100% of your own physical waste, including all plastics, packaging, fast-food trash, and commercial cigarette butts?

  2. Legal Consent: By signing below, you acknowledge that leaving any trash or commercial tobacco waste behind will result in immediate revocation of property access and an automatic $150 hazardous clean-up and hauling fee billed to your account. You further agree that management reserves the absolute right to revoke property access at any time for non-compliance with these standards.
