We are building a peaceful, ecologically minded, self-responsible community centered around land stewardship, food, medicine, nature, privacy, cooperation, creativity, and respectful independence.

We are not actively recruiting residents.

Completing this application does not guarantee an invitation and does not create any right to enter, stay, reside, work, conduct business, receive employment, or establish residency on the property.

All invitations and arrangements are considered individually.
