The Ozarks Church of Nature & Magical Food Forest is being built with a long-term vision.  Our goal is not simply to maintain a piece of property.  We hope to continue developing a living medicinal food forest, ecological sanctuary, educational space, community gathering place, and sustainable homestead that can continue long after its original founders are gone.

Future possibilities may include additional gardens and food forests, community gathering areas, educational spaces, cabins or guest accommodations, outdoor kitchens and sanitation facilities, markets, workshops, retreats, small businesses, ecological projects, and other developments consistent with the mission of the land.

We are open to meeting people who genuinely share that vision and may eventually be interested in becoming long-term stewards, residents, collaborators, donors, lenders, investors, builders, business partners, board members, or other contributors.

Trust comes before partnership.  Contribution comes before entitlement.

And important decisions are made through real relationships rather than promises between strangers.  This form begins a conversation.  It does not finish one.

SECTION 8: THE FUTURE OF THE SANCTUARY

One of our most important long-term goals is ensuring that this land and the work being created here continue beyond its original founders.  We do not want decades of soil restoration, planting, medicine, habitat creation, infrastructure, education, and community-building to disappear simply because the original stewards eventually grow old or die.  We hope to develop a lawful organizational and succession structure that protects the mission for future generations.
